The windows needed to be replaced; we could feel the wind blowing through them. The heater didn't adequately warm the room, though we had it on high. The "desk" was a piece of wood that was painted and attached to the wall and dresser. The door lock was falling off, and the bathroom door was hard to open. The walls were filthy, especially in the bathroom. We didn't feel safe at all. When I complained to the front desk clerk, she said the entire place was newly renovated.
